• Job-site details (city, rental dates, machine and attachments needed)

We do not collect financial information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data through this website. Payment is handled directly with our team at booking, never through web forms.

b. Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our advertising and analytics partners may automatically collect technical and usage data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, the ad or search that brought you here, and similar identifiers. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

c. Phone-call information. If you call a number shown in one of our Google Ads, Google may use a call-forwarding number so we can measure which ads generate calls. Information such as the phone number, call date and time, duration, and general call-area may be collected. Calls may be recorded only where you are notified and the law permits.

• To respond to your rental request — confirm availability, quote delivery, and coordinate pickup and drop-off. We may contact you by phone, text, or email.
• To measure and improve our advertising — for example, to understand which Google Ads, keywords, or pages lead to quote requests and calls (conversion measurement).
• To operate, secure, and improve the website and prevent spam or abuse.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. Cookies, Advertising & Analytics

This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are essential to make the site work; others help us measure and improve our advertising. Specifically:

• Google Ads & conversion measurement. We use the Google Ads tag (gtag.js, conversion ID AW-18176857352) to measure conversions — for example, when you successfully submit a quote request. Google may set or read cookies and device identifiers to do this and may process data on our behalf as described in Google’s policies.
• Google call reporting. As noted above, Google’s call-forwarding feature measures calls generated by our ads.

Form submissions are sent over HTTPS to our own hosting, stored in our database, and emailed to our office. Access is restricted to authorized King Heavy Equipment staff through a password-protected admin area. We keep personal information only as long as needed to fulfill or follow up on your request, to run and measure our advertising, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know, access, correct, and delete your personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

This website is intended for business and professional users. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we will delete it.
