Track Loaders & Excavators Delivered to Gainesville & Ocala
Gainesville and Marion County run on three things: UF-driven residential expansion, Alachua County ag/equine work, and the Ocala horse-farm corridor. We pull our John Deere 325G, 317G and 35P down US-301 from Jacksonville and put them on your site the next morning.
Gainesville Job Sites Across the Region
North Central Florida is three different rental markets. Gainesville and Alachua County are dominated by University of Florida-driven residential expansion — lot prep along NW 39th Avenue, infill teardowns in Duck Pond and Northwood, and the constant build-out along Williston Road and 34th Street. Marion County is the horse-farm corridor: pasture grading, fence-post setting, hay-bale moves, ag-building pads. Ocala specifically runs on a mix of equine work, retiree residential expansion, and the rapidly-growing logistics corridor along I-75. South toward Williston, Newberry, and Bronson you’re into rural-residential land clearing — palmetto, pine, and the kind of work that demands a real rock grapple, not a brush rake.
Equine-specific reality: a wheeled skid steer tears up pasture, and most chain-yard operators don’t care. Our 317G with rubber tracks stays on top of grass without scarring it — critical when you’re working on a $2M Ocala horse farm where pasture damage is a real cost. The 317G with pallet forks is the right tool for hay-bale moves and fence-material relocation around barns.

How the Trailer Run Works
Gainesville is a 75-mile, 1-hour-30-minute run down US-301 from our Jacksonville yard. Ocala is another 35 miles further, total ~1-hour-45-minute drive. We depart at 6:30 AM for an 8–9 AM drop. Round-trip delivery to Gainesville metro typically runs $300–$425; Ocala runs $375–$500. Same-day delivery is sometimes possible if you call us early because the drive is short.
