Mandarin and Julington Creek are mature residential — pool digs, pool decks, driveway expansions, septic replacements, and the steady drumbeat of teardown-rebuilds along San Jose Boulevard. The Northside (Oceanway, Dunn Ave, Yulee, Callahan) is a mix of rural-residential lot prep and Trout-River-adjacent industrial. Because we’re based here, Jacksonville is the only metro where we can routinely turn around a 2–3 hour delivery window. If you’re in OP9, Murray Hill, Riverside, Avondale, Mandarin, Northside, or close-in St. Johns, and you call before noon, the machine can usually be on your site by mid-afternoon. How the Trailer Run Works
We’re based at 4828 Ulmer St on the Westside (32205) — right off Lenox Avenue, close to Roosevelt Boulevard and the I-10/I-295 interchange. Anywhere inside I-295 is typically a 30–45 minute drive from the yard, so same-day delivery is genuinely on the table if you call us early. Round-trip delivery inside the I-295 beltway is $150–$200; St. Johns (St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, Nocatee), Clay (Orange Park, Fleming Island, Middleburg), and Nassau (Yulee, Fernandina, Callahan) addresses are $200–$300. Pickup-only is welcome — bring a trailer rated for the machine’s weight (325G: 9,500 lbs; 317G: 8,423 lbs; 35P: 8,135 lbs) and call ahead to schedule.
